Chris has over 25 year’s experience in healthcare operations in a wide range of settings, particularly focused on managed care and revenue cycle. Throughout her career, she has worked with hospitals and health systems, physicians and insurance companies across the country. Early on, Chris developed a passion for advocating fair and reasonable terms with insurance companies. She is acutely aware of the struggle that children’s and specialty hospitals face in managing the bottom line. Chris’ passion and commitment to our clients stems from having been in their position.

Chris boasts a track record of organizational transformation with significant improvement in financial performance. She has an MBA in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Stuart School of Business and was on the board of Florida HFMA.

Christine developed the concept of a specialized services unit during her tenure at a world-renowned children’s hospital where she served as the Director of Patient Access. The specialized services unit was a successful solution to patients traveling from all over the world to receive state-of-the-art treatment. Christine’s collaborative nature and her passion for both performance improvement and customer service provides a highly successful and financially astute solution for our clients.

Christine has worked with hospitals and providers throughout the country as a consultant for a major nationwide consulting firm, where she focused on revenue cycle redesign, patient access consolidation, project management and corporate strategy. She has an MHA from the University of Florida.

Misty has spent more than 25 years in healthcare revenue cycle sales.  Misty is a member of American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  Misty has served on the Board of Directors for Florida HFMA and is the current President.  During her years of volunteering for Florida HFMA, she has received the President’s Award in 2022, the Director of the Year award in 2020 and the Volunteer of the Year award in 2017.  She has been a member of AAHAM since 1999 and previously served 4 years on the Board of Directors for the Texas Blue Bonnet Chapter. 

Misty has maintained a servant leader mentality throughout her healthcare sales career, ensuring her clients always come first and has consistently kept an open communication with them for years to come.

Christine Hancock brings over 34 years of extensive experience in the healthcare revenue cycle field. Her career spans a diverse array of specialties, including revenue integrity, hospital and physician coding and billing, managed care contracting, patient access, financial clearance, utilization case management, and departmental transformation and restructuring.

As Vice President of Revenue Cycle, Christine supports transformation initiatives, leads outsource projects and provides interim leadership.  Previously, she served as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where she was instrumental in enhancing revenue cycle operations.

Christine earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. She previously held a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and is a current a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

Her deep expertise and leadership in healthcare revenue management make her a valuable asset to any organization seeking to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
